THE CHEESE

The goat’s cheese Doña Inés is a pure goat’s cheese, handcrafted and made out with pasteurized milk. The production process obey to a constant quality control, including an exhaustive control of the trazability of our products, from the raw material to the final product, observing the sanitary european rules. Besides, the firm Doña Inés also has a private control of quality advice.
Everything is aseptically treated under full hygienic conditions, and sanitary inspections are carried out constantly to guarantee a high quality control
